PWG is a not-for-profit organization with both local and international members. While many of our members live and work in the Basel area, others come from neighboring communities in France and Germany.

Though English is the official language of the group, our members' diverse backgrounds bring a rich tapestry of languages and cultures, making for a dynamic and inclusive community where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Our members include professionals with established careers in globally recognized companies, successful entrepreneurs based in Basel, and individuals navigating different life stages—whether advancing their education, mastering a new language, seeking new career opportunities, or raising families. This diversity of experiences and perspectives creates a supportive environment where members can openly share their journeys and challenges, knowing they will be heard and respected.
